Use — high baji

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the complete legal framework governing the relationship between high baji and every individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the high baji platform in any capacity. These Terms apply to all services offered by high baji, including but not limited to: sports betting, live casino games, slot machines, crash games, fishing games, video poker, and any promotional or bonus scheme operated by the platform.

By completing the account registration process — which includes confirming that you have read these Terms — you enter into a binding agreement with high baji. This agreement becomes effective on the date your account registration is successfully completed and remains in effect until your account is closed, either by you or by high baji, in accordance with the provisions set out in Section 8 of these Terms.

high baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via the registered email address or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following the notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version in force.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the high baji Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and high baji.

Access to high baji is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. high baji enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 18 years for all players. Individuals under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering an account, making deposits, or participating in any game or betting market on the platform. This is a non-negotiable condition of use. 18+ only.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Individuals who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are acting under legal guardianship may not register an account.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on high baji. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion agreement with high baji or any other gambling operator. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded must not attempt to re-register during the exclusion period.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details throughout the duration of your account.

high baji reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Acceptable documents for age and identity verification include the Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) and a valid passport. Players who fail or refuse to complete verification may have their accounts suspended and pending withdrawals placed on hold pending satisfactory document submission.

high baji accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. high baji does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

All deposits are credited to your high baji account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the rare event that a deposit does not reflect in your account balance within 30 minutes of the transaction being completed on your payment app, you should contact high baji support via live chat or at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the high baji finance team during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 1–4 hours of a request being approved. Withdrawals to Bangladeshi bank accounts are processed within 24 hours. Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal can be processed.

high baji reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by the platform's security systems as requiring additional review. This is a standard anti-fraud procedure and is not intended to delay legitimate withdrawal requests.

All bets placed on high baji are governed by the rules applicable to the specific game or sport on which the bet is placed. Game-specific rules are published within each game's dedicated help section on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall take precedence for the purposes of settling that particular bet.

high baji uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all electronic casino games including slots, video poker, and virtual table games. The RNG systems used by high baji's partner game providers — including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Red Tiger — are independently tested and certified for fairness by recognised testing laboratories. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi and are subject to those providers' operational rules.

For sports betting markets, high baji reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: where a match or event is cancelled or abandoned before the outcome of the bet can be determined; where odds were published in error due to a technical fault; where there is clear evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns; or where the terms of the bet cannot be resolved due to an ambiguity in the event outcome.

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type, market, and the player's account status. Current stake limits are displayed within each game and betting market. high baji reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual players based on their betting history and risk profile without prior notice.

high baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: where the player is found to be in breach of these Terms; where the player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so; where high baji has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used for any form of fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity; or where high baji determines that maintaining the account poses an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting high baji support via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, high baji will process any remaining eligible balance (i.e., real-money funds net of any unmet bonus wagering requirements) to the player's designated payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including if they feel that gambling is causing harm — are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool available in the account settings before requesting account closure . These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which high baji is registered and operated. Players accessing high baji from Bangladesh do so on their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. high baji makes no representation that the services offered are lawful or available in all jurisdictions.

In the event of a dispute between a player and high baji arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the player should first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the high baji support team via live chat or at [email protected]. high baji will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 10 business days of acknowledging the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial submission, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution channels specified in the platform's supplementary dispute resolution policy. high baji is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution and will provide players with a reasoned written decision on all escalated disputes.

For disputes specifically relating to game outcomes, high baji's technical records — including server-side game logs, transaction records, and RNG audit trails — will be treated as the authoritative record of events. Players who dispute a game outcome are encouraged to submit their dispute as promptly as possible, as high baji retains detailed game logs for a period of 12 months from the date of the game round in question.
