Self-Exclusion

Self-Exclusion & Time-Out

Self-exclusion is the strongest player protection tool available at high baji. When you activate self-exclusion, your account is immediately locked and you will be unable to log in, deposit, place bets, or access any gaming features for the duration of the exclusion period you select. Self-exclusion is free, confidential, and can be requested at any time — you do not need to provide a reason.

Time-Out (Short Break): If you need a short break from gambling but do not want a full long-term exclusion, high baji's Time-Out feature allows you to pause your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a Time-Out, your account is suspended and you cannot deposit or play. The Time-Out cannot be reversed or shortened once activated — this is intentional.

Self-Exclusion (Extended): For more serious concerns, self-exclusion is available for periods of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, high baji will also remove you from all marketing lists so you will not receive bonus offers, promotional emails, or BPL betting notifications that might encourage you to return.

Returning after exclusion: At the end of a non-permanent self-exclusion period, your account will not reactivate automatically. You must contact our support team to request reactivation, which includes a mandatory cooling-off review. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible — accounts under permanent exclusion cannot be reopened.
